Kennett Township has first COVID related death.
Kennett Township has 10 cases and its first death.
Kennett Borough also has 10 cases.
As the warmer weather increases, people are spending more time outdoors and in our parks. Please bring your mask in case you pass closely to others on trails and walkways- look at it as a courtesy to others as well as a way to stay safe yourself (you don’t know where those folks have been!) Airflow outside makes it less necessary to use a mask, but if you are close to others, the risks go up. Also be cautious with high touch surfaces like benches and tables and use hand sanitizers.
This isn’t about control- its about keeping you and your family safe.
